Set shortly before the outbreak of the Second World War. This film is based on the private letters and journals of Margaret Suckley, a distant cousin of Franklin D Roosevelt, with whom she had a close relationship. The story centres on a visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to FDR’s New York Estate.
