Kevin Spacey plays uptight business mogul Tom Brand who is distant from his wife and daughter. However this animal hating, work-oriented tycoon is about to see the error of his ways when, on a visit to buy a cute moggy for his daughter’s birthday, he is transformed into an actual cat by the mysterious pet shop owner. As he comes to terms with this cat-astrophic situation, Brand learns that he has only one week to reconcile with his family – or otherwise stay as a cat forever.
