A young couple battle to keep their family together when the husband is diagnosed with a rare and brutal disease.  The disease is Sepsis and it affects 44,000 people annually in the UK.  Raising awareness through watching this film could save lives.  Joanne Froggatt from Downton Abbey stars as Nicola Ray with Tom Reilly playing the part of her husband, Tom Ray.
