Anniversary Talk: Magna Carta 1215: A short journey through its 800 year history

The talk will shed light on the history of how Magna Carta came about, why the finest surviving original is in Salisbury, and the later legacy of Magna Carta over the centuries. Seif El Rashidi is the Magna Carta Programme Coordinator for Salisbury Cathedral, responsible for bringing together the wide range of activities being organised to mark the 800th anniversary of the Great Charter in 2015.
