Ishani Bhoola has been a member of the first violin section of the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the English Chamber Orchestra, the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, the Los Angeles Opera and spent 10 years playing extensively in the studios in Los Angeles. Since moving to Haslemere in 2010 Ishani has been teaching at the Hindhead School of Music and freelances with the Philharmonia Orchestra and the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Ishani is an Associate of the Royal College of Music and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

The Waverley Ensemble is a group of 12 professional string and keyboard players based in the Haslemere, Surrey area. The group was established in 2010 by former London Philharmonic Orchestra member Ishani Bhoola. Playing on modern instruments, the Waverley Ensemble specializes in playing baroque music, in particular the works of Bach, Vivaldi and Telemann. Concerts take place in the beautiful and recently renovated St. Christopher’s Church.

The Waverley Ensemble Concert have teamed up with Shahanaz for a “curry and concert special” all for £20. two bookings time 5.30-7pm and 9.30-11.30pm, please specify time when booking. (last booking for curry special 1st March, concert tickets available until the concert date)
