When do doors open? ▼

Box Office, doors, and bar open 30 minutes prior to every event for pre-show drinks, ads, and trailers.

So if the booking says 'Napoleon @ 7:30pm' that means the doors will open at 7pm and the film STARTS at 7:30! The same goes for live shows!

So why not arrange to meet your friends before the show? We serve a variety of wines, beers and spirits as well as tea and coffee. You can also pre-order drinks for the interval too.

How much are tickets? ▼

Ticket prices vary according to the time, day, and event, so please check the cinemas' individual listings for further information.

Do you offer any concessions on ticket prices? ▼

We'll soon offer student and senior citizen concessions on select showings. So stay tuned...

Student tickets will apply to those in full time education with valid student photo ID including an expiry date. Senior tickets will apply to senior citizens of 60 years and over.

Please ask about these in venue or select the relevant ticket option when booking online.

Do you offer access and companion rate tickets? ▼

We're delighted to be part of the CEA Card scheme. The CAE Card enables a disabled guest to receive a complimentary ticket for someone to go with them when they visit a participating cinema.

You can book tickets online, in person, or by calling the Box Office on 01428 642161 to get your carer a ticket for free.

What's your accessibility like? ▼

Our auditorium is accessible via a ramp to the side of our building. We have dedicated spaces for wheelchairs and carers, and have an accessible toilet with baby changing facilities too.

However, our bar and Box Office are not on the same footprint and are a step down from the auditorium.

Our auditorium is fitted with a hearing loop for audience members who are hard of hearing. At this time, we do not offer audio-description or subtitled performances.

Can someone under the age requirement come to see a 15 or 18 certificate film with an accompanying adult? ▼

In order to view films with a 15 or 18 certificate you must be of the legal age requirement. Please be ready to provide proof of age to ensure access to these films (Passport, Driving Licence, Student Card are all suitable forms of ID).

When will a certain film play? ▼

We usually try and screen films as soon as we can, but it is usually limited by how well a film is performing elsewhere.

That's why we tend to not programme further ahead and limit ourselves to only having a few weeks scheduled at any stage.

Do you have an interval, and why? ▼

Yes we do! We're one of the very few cinemas left to still have an interval.

We split up all of our live-shows, events, and films with a fifteen minute interval so you can grab refreshments and take a breather.

It's very old-school, we know! But should we keep it? Does it keep you form watching movies with us? Let us know!

Why do you have ushers? ▼

We know it's a rarity in the cinema world, but we have staff members on site and in-screen dedicated to helping you have the best experience possible.

If there is a problem whilst you're here [noisy patron, phone usage during the film, too hot or cold] simply have a quick word with them and they will do their best to make things better.

We want to do our best for you in real-time rather than after the fact, so please don't fear the Usher. They're here to help.

It's also a great way to get to know our audience and feel like part of a community. If you would like to be involved and become a volunteer usher, speak to us today! We're always looking for new help!

Do you have a cloak room or coat check? ▼

There are coat pegs available in the toilets however items hung here are left at your own risk.Any large bags or suitcases will not be allowed in. Personal belongings must be kept with customers at all times.

We do! If you have forgotten something by mistake please call us on 01428 642161

What's your refund policy? ▼

Your booking will be for a specific date and time; the tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the performance is cancelled.

We may accept tickets for resale where an event is completely sold out however we can not guarantee that they will be resold and the booking fee is non refundable. Administration fees are also likely to be applied.

Haslemere Hall acts as an agent only for all live performances (non cinema and satellite) and has no control over the production. There are no refunds on tickets purchased for these events.

Why is there a booking fee? ▼

The booking fee goes towards providing the ticketing service, venue staffing, data security, general maintenance, and the running of the building.

A booking fee of £1.00 will be payable per ticket. This will increase to £2.00 from 1st January 2026. A booking fee is necessary to cover the costs that we are charged to provide a ticketing service whether its bought online or in person from teh Box Office. It is payable for all bookings, irrespective of the method of payment.

Haslemere Hall Members are exempt from paying the Booking Fee.

Members should ensure they are logged into their account when booking tickets online or provide their membership number when booking tickets by phone.

Do you have parking? ▼

We have a drop-off parking space in front of the Hall for quick and seamless arrivals and departures.

Chestnut Avenue Car Park is adjacent to Haslemere Hall and is less than a minute walk! It is the closest car parking facility and is free from 6.30pm and all day on Sundays.
